ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Supervise and Lead: Oversee the tech team, ensuring efficient workload management and call assignment adherence to SLA standards.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with service vendors to ensure high-quality performance and support.Equipment Oversight: Monitor equipment status and develop plans for timely replacements. Ensure full utilization of warranties and oversee capital expense equipment replacements.Reporting & Analysis: Maintain and analyze reports on overtime, tech productivity, truck stock inventory, and monthly call status (open, closed, past due, etc.).Team Development: Train and develop the tech team on site equipment, ensuring all site premises are clean, well-maintained, and all inspections and preventative maintenance are completed on time.Financial Management: Monitor expenses, manage the budget, and ensure smart business decisions are made.Safety & Efficiency: Ensure that technicians work safely and efficiently while maintaining adequate staffing levels.Facilities Management: Oversee the overall maintenance of unattended cardlock facilities.Other duties as assigned Qualifications
