Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, technical support, and continuous improvement in a heavy industrial production environment.

Requirements:

BS Degree or equivalent experience

2+ years of Production/Maintenance supervision experience in a UNION environment

2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience

CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience

Experience in a heavy industrial production environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience in steel, aluminum, or heavy industrial production environments

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily work schedules and manage CMMS

Provide technical support through training and troubleshooting

Ensure compliance with safety practices and maintain good employee relations

Interpret operational manuals, specifications, blueprints, and schematics

Guide on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, machining, and fabrication issues

Maintain employee records and manage personnel activities

Oversee Continuous Improvement programs and ensure OSHA compliance

Conduct supervisory responsibilities including hiring, performance appraisal, and discipline

Manage vendor base for quality product availability while minimizing costs

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
