The Job: Our Maintenance Managers oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations. Some days are pressure filled and you’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Specific responsibilities include: + Performing general maintenance of HVAC + Electrical + Plumbing + Carpentry, + Drywall, + Appliances, + Exterior structure, + Swimming pools + Directing and supervising maintenance staff + Purchasing materials + Budgeting + Snow removal + Customer service + Promotes quality living for all residents. + Direct and supervises daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, delegating work, and monitoring workflow. + Train and coach maintenance technicians. The Details: Our Maintenance Managers should have: + High School diploma or equivalent + Must have Maintenance Supervisor Experience + Understanding of HVAC, CPO, and maintenance experience in multi-family. + EPA and CPO certification preferred + Knowledge of Yardi preferred + Basic tools of the trade + Team player with strong organization and multi-tasking skills. + Ability to multi-task and prioritize. + Proven knowledge of various aspects of maintenance.
