Maintenance Manager
**Job Title: Day Shift Maintenance & Engineering Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a Day Shift Maintenance & Engineering Manager responsible for managing staff from both the Maintenance and Engineering Departments. This role involves handling capital projects, working within a budget, monthly reporting, delegating assignments, and overseeing the LOTO program. The position requires about 40% of the time in the office and 60% of the time providing hands-on management to the team. You will oversee 10-12 engineers, technicians, and mechanics in a 24/7 operation. While the hours are typically on the day shift, there may be occasional times where you are needed or contacted outside of day shift hours. This is a 24/7 operation with the majority of the time spent on the day shift.
