Maintenance Manager
**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** The maintenance manager will oversee a team of 20+ employees, manage work assignments, and ensure the completion of preventive maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory of critical spare parts, reducing operating costs, and increasing efficiencies through continuous improvement programs. The maintenance manager will also participate in weekly plant meetings, work hands-on for training or maintenance needs, and balance mechanical and electrical tasks equally. **Hard Skills** + maintenance management + plastics + electrical/mechanical **Soft Skills** + leadership + team management + problem-solving + continuous improvement **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Environment** This is a very clean, climate-controlled environment. The position operates on the first shift from 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with weekend work as necessary. Currently, there are Saturday shifts to catch up on production.
