**Job Title: Maintenance Manager - 1st Shift** **Job Description** The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for 12 employees (6 maintenance techs, 3 fabricators, and 3 general staff). The role includes managing work assignments, providing daily PMs to the team, maintaining an accurate inventory of critical spare parts, and reducing operating costs while increasing efficiencies through continuous improvement programs. The Maintenance Manager will participate in weekly plant meetings with production and will be expected to understand performance metrics to shape activities that drive down costs and increase efficiencies. The role includes overseeing a maintenance supervisor who handles electrical tasks and performing preventive maintenance on equipment such as sprayers, rail systems for production, and racks used in production. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will handle purchase orders, currently done on paper, with the potential to convert this process electronically. **Work Environment** This is a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment. The position operates on a first shift schedule from 6:00am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday, with the need for occasional evening and weekend work as required for preventive maintenance. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
