Job Title: Maintenance ManagerJob Description Manage a team of 8 Technicians across 3 shifts. Assist with equipment breakdowns and troubleshooting for escalation. Set expectations and conduct performance reviews. Implement predictive and preventive maintenance schedules. Monitor spare part inventories. Utilize CMMS. Prepare and analyze reports. Implement the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Program. Hard Skills + PLC programming (Mitsubishi) + Mechanical/Electrical Troubleshooting + Maintenance Manager experience Job Type This is a permanent position. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Springfield, Kentucky. Work Environment Large automotive stamping facility with fabrication and paint processes. They produce body parts and sunroof frames mostly. Large service program servicing body parts for Toyota North American plants. Highly automated with robots.
