Volt is immediately hiring a Maintenance Manager in Fullerton, Ca!

Schedule: 1st Shift - 6AM- 4PM (50 Hour work week - Saturdays Are Expected)

\r\n\r\n

Salary: $120,000 to $135,000 + 10% bonus

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

\r\n\r\nWhat We're Looking For:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t5+ years in the food industry as a Maintenance Mechanic.\r\n\t4+ years in a managerial position, leading a department of similar size.\r\n\tHands-on skills with PLC programming, mixers, fillers, pro sealers, electronic conveyors, gear boxes, and bin masters.\r\n\tStrong mechanical aptitude.\r\n\tKnowledge of building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques.\r\n\tGeneral knowledge of ventilation, air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other maintenance skills.\r\n\tFamiliarity with city and state building codes, OSHA requirements, and ADA laws.\r\n\tExperience with budget management and capital projects.\r\n\r\n\r\n

As a Maintenance Manager you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tLead and manage the maintenance department, including front-line mechanics.\r\n\tOversee the interviewing and selection process for department staff.\r\n\tPlan, organize, and administer plant capital projects.\r\n\tDirect and administer preventative and predictive maintenance programs.\r\n\tMonitor and ensure department personnel training.\r\n\tMaintain equipment to meet adequate and good operating standards.\r\n\tSupervise records related to facilities and maintenance upkeep.\r\n\tAdapt to changing priorities with versatility and flexibility.\r\n\tHandle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.\r\n\tPerform physical labor necessary to repair, inspect, and maintain equipment.\r\n\tManage budget and capital projects.\r\n\r\n\r\nBenefits:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t401(k)\r\n\tDental Insurance\r\n\tHealth Insurance\r\n\tFringe Benefits\r\n\tPaid Holidays\r\n\tFree Snacks\r\n\tTuition Reimbursement\r\n\tPaid Vacation\r\n\tLife Insurance\r\n\r\n\r\n
