Job Description Maintenance reporting to Plant Engineer The maintenance manager is responsible for both day-to-day maintenance activities and developing strategic plans for improving both maintenance and production operations. The maintenance manager should be able to provide hands-on support to maintenance technicians as well as develop strategies for the maintenance department to operate autonomously. This position exists to direct the maintenance department to improve both operationally and financially. Skills and Requirements Minimum:  BS in Engineering or related field.  5-7 years of Industrial maintenance and Environmental health/safety experience.  Excellent leadership and communication skills.
