Maintenance Manager
What's the Job? This person will be overseeing a large maintenance department (100+) through a direct report team of 5 supervisors. The name of this game is leadership - this site has a lot going on between capital investment, a recently started up (new) unit, and on-going operational excellence changes. This role is an integral part of all of those things AND has the eyeballs and attention of some of the top people in the company, meaning this is a high-impact, high visibility role.   What's in it for you? Locally they have the Flaming Gorge recreational area.   What they need from you: B.S. degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 7+ years of maintenance/reliability experience out of chemical manufacturing, petrochemical manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, or something closely related 4+ years of leadership experience, ideally with experience leading transformation or change initiative projects Comprehensive knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance programming as well as maintenance excellence elements Candidates must have a background in rotating equipment - this site uses large rotating equipment and most of the maintenance programming is oriented towards
