Kforce has a client in Milwaukee, WI that is looking for a Maintenance Manager. Ideally, this candidate has a mix of electro-mechanical aptitude along with people management skills. This role will work first shift, Monday-Friday. You will report to the Director of Maintenance. Responsibilities: * Maintenance Manager will supervise and lead the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation * Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the maintenance team * Oversee the diagnosis and repair of equipment failures and malfunctions * As a Maintenance Manager, you will manage relationships with external service providers and suppliers * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
