**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** We are looking for a maintenance manager to join our team of technicians to help aid in the timely completion of apartment turnovers, respond to work orders, and keep occupancy at optimal levels. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years within property maintenance, and 1+ year(s) of experience within a leadership role. **Essential Skills** + 3-5+ years of experience in property maintenance, including painting, carpentry, or plumbing/electrical/HVAC repairs. + Valid state-issued driver license and reliable transportation. + Consistent work history with a focus on preventive maintenance and repair. **Work Environment** The maintenance manager will be responsible for overseeing 3 properties in Saratoga Springs with 260 units. As the maintenance manager, you will be responsible for coordinating on-call schedules with the maintenance technicians, ensuring the supply closet remains fully stocked, and providing a welcoming environment for the tenants.
