**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to delegate, schedule, and develop a team of 12 maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Delegate and schedule maintenance tasks for a team of 12 technicians. + Develop and mentor maintenance team members to enhance their skills and efficiency. + Oversee the maintenance and repair of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. + Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and other industrial equipment. + Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs. + Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations. + Maintain and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents. + Supervise welding and 3-phase electrical work as needed. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge and experience with PLC systems. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. + Experience with preventive maintenance programs. + Excellent leadership and team development skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with industrial welding. + Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer direct placement opportunities with a focus on promoting from within. Steel-toe shoes, long sleeves, and jeans are required.
