Maintenance Manager
Job Description

About the role

The purpose of the role is to take full responsibility & ownership of the planning, prioritization, improvement and execution of work orders, preventative maintenance, and reactive/remedial maintenance actions & outcomes.

This role will drive the delivery of site objectives and deliverables and will also manage budgets, external contractors, projects as well as driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage and deliver the daily execution of work orders, preventative maintenance, and reactive/remedial maintenance.

Ensure site assets and equipment operate in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies and site objectives. 

Manage site annual maintenance budget 

Manage and deliver site capital projects 

Lead the rollout of KHMS MRE pillar on site 

Continuous improvement in site maintenance, reliability and engineering tasks.

Plan and set the asset strategy for LBC for the next 5 – 10 years 

About you:

Technical or trades qualification

At least 5 years experience in manufacturing maintenance team

Experience managing external contractors

Experience in setting up and rolling out maintenance management system

Experience in leading and delivering capital projects

Ability to meet deadlines and time management skills.
