As the Maintenance Maestro, you'll be the wizard behind the scenes, ensuring the plant's heartbeat stays rhythmic and the machinery hums like a happy tune. Juggling plant equipment, process systems, utilities, automation, personnel, and even contractors, you're the ultimate multitasking virtuoso. Plus, you get to play the pied piper of the department staff, leading them to maintenance glory!
Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
Manages Capital Maintenance projects and staff training Drives TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) for critical spares, PMs, lube, millwright, and maintenance techs Develops programs for preventive, proactive, and predictive maintenance Oversees maintenance software system and scheduled maintenance work Takes accountability for unplanned downtime, reduced run rates, and ensures safety compliance Leads by example, maintaining and repairing equipment autonomously if neededMaintenance Manager Qualifications:
Millwright/Mechanical license with electrical aptitude (5+ years' leadership, 15+ years' maintenance experience) Proficient in troubleshooting, hands-on leadership, and mentoring Maintains apprenticeship program and 24/7 availability Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance programs, hydraulics, boilers, chillers, and pressure vessels Expertise in Lock Out, Tag Out and confined space; proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain older equipmentEmployment Details:
