**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. This role requires a dedicated professional with strong experience in maintenance management, electrical systems, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our equipment and systems. **Responsibilities** + Oversee and manage maintenance operations within the manufacturing facility. + Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability. + Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. + Manage and maintain maintenance records and documentation. + Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely maintenance and repairs. + Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed (rare). **Essential Skills** + 4+ years of experience as a maintenance manager in a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and maintenance management. + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repairs. + Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Supervisory and team leadership skills. + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. + Knowledge of PLC systems and their maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Ability to work flexible hours as needed. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and supportive work environment that values work-life balance and professional growth.
