Direct Hire position$60.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm)Supervises a team of Maintenance Electricians. Maintenance Mechanics, Electricians, Maintenance Supervisor, Chief Engineer and Tool Crib Attendant.Monitors operations and activities of the maintenance department; identifies opportunities for improvement; provides recommendations concerning process changes; and implements improvements.Plans and lays out maintenance work projects; monitors and controls supplies and equipment; orders supplies and tools as necessary; prepares documents for equipment procurement; participates in the bid process for maintenance and repair projects.Responsible for the hiring and training of maintenance department staff.Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
Strong mathematical skills, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently. Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and computers Working Knowledge of: o Motor controls o 3- phase motorsWire sizing and termination o Electronic Assembly processes Bi-lingual in Spanish RequiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
