As the Maintenance Manager, you will be at the helm of our maintenance and facility support activities, steering a culture of safety and efficiency. The Maintenance Manager role plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the facility's maintenance program, driving continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality maintenance services that support our client's operational goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Leadership and Direction:** Lead up to 50 technicians and 4 leaders and direct all maintenance and facility support activities and employee development.
+ **Safety Compliance:** Ensure "Safety First" program excellence and ensuring conformance to federal, state, and local regulations.
+ **Budget Management:** Oversee policy implementation, budget preparation, cost control, and profit and loss responsibility for the facility.
+ **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Develop and maintain performance metrics records, ensuring conformance to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company and customer policies.
+ **Customer Relations:** Interact with customer and client personnel to determine and act upon customer/client expectations.
+ **Regulatory Compliance:** Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
+ **Project Management:** Manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver positive outcomes
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years in maintenance management, with a proven track record in supervision, planning/scheduling, and estimating. Extensive experience in Predictive and Preventative Maintenance of Conveyor Systems is essential.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, with the ability to create and manage documents effectively.
+ Proficiency with a Computerized Maintenance Management system (CMMS)
+ Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client needs and availability to provide 24/7 on call support.
+ Flexibility to travel up to 10%
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred
+ Membership and demonstrated active participation in industry related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification is desired.
**Physical Demands:**
+ Must have ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, use an aerial lift, and frequently lift a maximum of 50 lbs. of equipment.
+ Ability to perform tasks wearing appropriate or required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which may include but is not limited to hard hat, face mask, face shield, and composite toe shoes.
+ Regularly required to crouch or bend and reach to install/move equipment.
+ Involves movement between departments, floors, and properties to facilitate work, averaging 6 to 12 miles per day.
+ Work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.
+ Regularly required to type on a computer for 1-2 hours per day.
