Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. This role requires a dedicated professional with strong experience in maintenance management, electrical systems, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our equipment and systems.

ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage maintenance operations within the manufacturing facility.Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians.Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.Manage and maintain maintenance records and documentation.Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed (rare).Essential Skills4+ years of experience as a maintenance manager in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and maintenance management.Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repairs.Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Supervisory and team leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Knowledge of PLC systems and their maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work flexible hours as needed.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role operates on a Monday to Friday day shift, with occasional on-call responsibilities for emergencies (rare). The work environment is within a manufacturing facility that adheres to strict safety protocols and fosters a collaborative atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00
