**Job Title:** Maintenance Manager **Location:** Dalton, GA **Salary:** $110,000 to $130,000 per year **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee and manage the maintenance department, ensuring all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition. + Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to streamline maintenance activities. + Lead machine upgrades, installations, and modifications to improve efficiency and productivity. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. + Plan and execute capital expenditure (CapEx) projects to support company growth and sustainability. + Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions. + Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. + Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards. **Qualifications:** + Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. + Proven experience with CMMS, machine upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement. + Strong project management skills with a track record of successful CapEx project execution. + Excellent leadership and team management abilities. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. **Benefits:** + Competitive salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year. + Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. + Retirement savings plan with company match. + Opportunities for professional growth and development. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00 They have a great benefits package, bonus % for production bonuses in line with plant goals being hit.
