Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in Business or a related field.

10 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.

5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience with performance management and employee development.

Thorough understanding of manufacturing standards and best practices.

Experience with machine repair software.

Must be able to read a micrometer.

Has to have experience working on CNC machines.

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay rate: $30/hour

Shift: 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
