The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient operation of equipment, and leading a team of maintenance professionals. **Responsibilities** + Oversee and manage all maintenance activities within the facility. + Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs. + Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs. + Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians. + Ensure the efficient operation of Flexo folder gluers and die-cut machines. + Conduct PLC troubleshooting and repairs. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in maintenance management within the corrugated industry. + Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. + Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance repair. + Ability to supervise and lead a team. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Alhambra, California **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $137000.00 - $180000.00 up to 15% performance bonus 2 weeks pto 8 holidays Standard health care package *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Alhambra,CA. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Jan 31, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
