Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job DescriptionDevelop and lead a data-driven, preventative and predictive work management programCollaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and suppliers to ensure equipment reliabilityImplement and sustain maintenance processes including spare parts, CMMS, and TPMLead scheduling and planning functions to achieve 90% or greater planned work vs. reactive workResponsible for installation and relocation of manufacturing equipmentDevelop end-of-life asset replacement plansMotivate and engage team members through strategic vision, role clarity, and clear communicationTrain technicians, maintenance, and production supervisors on equipment use and maintenancePromote technical excellence and continuous improvement across the teamBe on call as needed and assist with hands-on maintenance activities if necessary employees

Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.Certified advanced training and/or courses in electrical/electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, plastics, and injection molding.Familiar with industry-standard TPM packages.Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) is a plus.TPM certification is a must.Pay:

- Salary $135k+

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $138000.00 - $157000.00

- Coverage starts the 1st day of the following month after date of hire.

10 bonuses per year ($1250 sign on bonus after 6 months, attendance bonus each month for no missed time $200, production every 6/mo $600+, quarter bonus production/housekeeping $250-400
