MAU is hiring a Maintenance Manager for our client in Baltimore, MD. As a Maintenance Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the facility by overseeing all maintenance activities. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, and installation technicians, collaborating with engineers to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Implement innovative maintenance practices, technologies, and systems to improve operational efficiency Develop, review, and revise SOPs for maintenance tasks to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards Communicate updates and changes to relevant stakeholders Design and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure maintenance personnel are skilled in procedures, equipment operation, and safety Collaborate with HR and training departments to create customized training based on identified needs Set KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance activities Analyze performance data and produce regular reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve maintenance processes Partner with finance to develop and manage the maintenance budget, effectively allocating resources Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to meet budget targets Build strong relationships with union representatives, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements Address employee concerns and grievances promptly, resolving issues through open communication and collaboration #PS
