Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities, without interruption, without any facilities shortages and/or any issues thereof. You will achieve 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards. You are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings and equipment(s) (hardware & software).
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Works cross functionally to develop and implement a strategic Facilities road-map and annual operating plan which is a competitive advantage to Mondelēz. Partner with internal & external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals. Establish a strong governance to review & control Operational performance and continuous Improvement plan to deliver against best in class both internally and externally.
+ Lead and be accountable that Building Maintenance program, Facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs & overall operations are in place. Accountable to insure adherence to business continuity plan, manufacturing standards government regulations are understood by all employees/services providers at the site, regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
+ Provide leadership, coaching to Facilities team towards implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working: delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM (Progressive Maintenance) Pillar, and CBM (condition based monitoring), Visual controls & tools Mgmt., Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment(s) etc.
+ Role model Values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring and builds skills capability across the Plant technical/engineering team to engage with latest modern practices. Have a clear people succession and resource plan, for the asset & technology population , identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain and develop critical talent
+ Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives, and goals.

+ Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards
+ An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise, Spare parts management, SAP PM module end user knowledge, Technology & Engineering automation basics.
+ Lead and be accountable for a robust and effective preventive and corrective maintenance program to be in place for the Processing, Packaging, and Shared Services equipment including ingredient handling equipment, utilities, and palletizing systems. This preventive and corrective maintenance program needs to be governed by key leading and lagging indicators that will yield optimal uptime of the equipment to support manufacturing needs.
+ Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building
+ Strong organization skills and process-driven approach that can lead investigations to root cause and eliminate losses.
+ Strong servant leadership acumen that is willing to complete the work required with his/her team but also holds team members to the right level of accountability to allow them to grow.
+ A winning aptitude to spire and drive improvements across all shifts in a 24-hours, 7 days a week fast-paced manufacturing work environment.

**What you need to know about this position:**
The base salary range for this position is $117,400.00 to $136,967.00/yr ; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In Indianapolis, IN, the base salary range for this position is $117,000 - $130,000/yr. The exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

**What extra ingredients you will bring:**
+ Must possess at least 8 years of demonstrated leadership experience in maintenance in a high-performance manufacturing work environment in food, pharmaceutical, and/or automotive industry.
+ Must possess at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in leading high-performance teams through the implementation of a Progressive Maintenance (PM) program through TPM or integrated lean six sigma.
+ Must possess at least 3 years of demonstrated project management experience to drive innovation and improvements across multifunctional teams from ideation to sustainability of results.
+ Passion for improving the safety culture and the quality of our products.
+ Self-driven and able to work with low or minimum supervision.
+ Very strong analytical, computer, and trouble shooting skills.
+ Ability to effectively managed a sizable operating budget while complying to all the internal control expectations and deliver gross savings opportunities to reinvest in the business.
+ Ability to challenge the status quo and work effectively with a wide array of colleagues, including core team members, middle and senior leaders.

**Education / Certifications:**
+ SAP plant maintenance (PM) certification is highly desired.
+ Certified project management professional is desired.
**Job specific requirements:**
**Travel requirements: This is an onsite Manager role that requires minimal travel**
**Work schedule:** Available to work onsite Monday through Friday. Flexibility is required to support his/her department during the off-shifts including weekends due to specific (planned and/or unplanned) situations.
Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
