Job Opportunity: Maintenance Manager
System One is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead a Maintenance Department in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is pivotal in driving facility and process improvements, managing major construction initiatives, and delivering strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with EPA, BRC, OSHA, FSMA, PSM, USDA, and all local, state, and federal requirements. Oversee quality, human and food safety, continuous improvement, and growth initiatives. Manage infrastructure, including support utilities and ammonia refrigeration systems. Create and manage the annual maintenance budget, including indirect spending. Support all aspects of manufacturing and manage plant capital projects. Utilize department scorecards to control downtime and scrap, and manage overtime.Qualifications:
BS Degree in Science/Business or related discipline and/or 5-7 years of relevant experience in a food manufacturing plant. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence change. Knowledge of Statistics (Six Sigma) and their application in problem-solving and process control. Experience with maintenance systems, including Reliability Centered Maintenance, Lean manufacturing, or other CMMS-based systems. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently. Experience with regulatory compliance programs (BRC, OSHA, EPA, PSM).Attributes:
