**POSITION SCOPE:**
The Maintenance and Engineering Manager is responsible to direct and control the activities of the maintenance function to ensure that all production and support equipment is maintained at levels which are as efficient and reliable as possible.
Shares in the obligation to protect and strengthen Graphic Packaging International’s good reputation in our relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, competitors, inventors, and governmental agencies, and to act consistently with our core values: Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships and Teamwork.
+ Provides direct supervision, technical direction, administrative management, and leadership in the maintenance and engineering areas.
+ Responsible for the management of all equipment, site, and facility maintenance and utilities.
+ Manages plant-wide maintenance and capital program maximizing asset reliability, uptime, and cost effectiveness with available resources.
+ Works with EHS Manager regarding plant environmental programs to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local regulations.
+ Provides long-range planning for the facility and equipment needs including capital and major repairs.
+ Develops, implements and oversees predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
+ Uses other maintenance disciplines in the development and application of reliability engineering, root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment and processes.
+ Coaches and develops training plans for all maintenance technicians.
+ Supervises Maintenance Supervisor, Storeroom, and Planner functions.
+ Reports to person of authority to record any potentially unsafe conditions which may result in noncompliance with food safety related procedures.
+ Reporting of any customer complaints to persons responsible to enter into GPI’s Customer Complaint system for root cause analysis and appropriate corrective action taken.
**Job Duties:**
+ Provide direct supervision, technical direction, administrative support and leadership for the maintenance department.
+ Ensures machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate
+ Manage plant-wide maintenance and capital, maximizing asset reliability, uptime, and cost effectiveness with available resources.
+ Support and manage the Reliability process in the plant, as well as, in the Division, ensuring application and advancement of the process.
+ Provide long-range planning for facility and equipment needs including capital and major repairs.
+ Develops, implements, and oversese predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
**Job Requirements:**
* Experience Level Required 2+ to 5 Years Manufacturing Maintenance Management Experience
* Education Level Required Associates Preferred – minimum 2 years of equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of degree
* Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma certification or experience preferred
* ERP – SAP, Power BI preferred
**Pay Range:** **$98,850.00** - **$131,800.00**
