The Maintenance Manager ensures safe and proper maintenance and repair practices including preventative maintenance schedules and oversees all aspects of the maintenance department including 4 direct reports.
Primary Responsibilities
Complete maintenance projects with maintenance team
Maintain and update the preventative maintenance schedule
Problem Resolution: Report non-conformances and with support correct them
Issue all purchase order request for maintenance projects
Evaluate maintenance support staff for training needs
Plan and oversee repair and installation activities
Identify critical spare parts, monitor inventory, and re-order as necessary and keep maintenance logs
Manage relationships with contractors and outside service providers
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar field and at least 5 years of experience OR Successful completion of a vocational school or an associate’s degree in similar fields and 7 years of experience OR 10 years of experience in maintenance as a technician or mechanic
5 years management experience
5 years' experience with induction heaters, HVAC, Electric Motors, Forklift Repair, Compressor Repaid, Process Cooling Tower, Dust Collection
3 years' experience troubleshoot electrical issues in the absence of schematics or electrical drawings
3 years' experience with electromechanical machine adjustments, motor speeds, feed rates, and identification of machine problems resulting in downtime
Knowledge of PLC’s; ability to determine inputs and outputs
MS Office Computer skills including Excel
Fabrication Skills and general welding & brazing skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, schematics, blueprints and procedure manuals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with arms, small and see color
Preferred Requirements
Feeder bowl operation adjustment experience
Fastner experience
Ability to apply basic concepts of basic algebra and geometry and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Candidates with implanted medical device, such and pacemakers, Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT), implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD), or similar medical devices are not considered fit for this position.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $110,000 - $130,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
