This role is directly responsible for directing the day-to-day activities of their directs reports. Responsibilities: Management of the maintenance budget Create the annual equipment rebuild plan for the busy season with a timeline and ownership planContinuing development of preventative and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime and improve MTBF and MTTRDevelop a written training program to ensure new mechanics are trained properly. Create a tracking system to include testing and follow up with each individual.
