As the Maintenance Manager, you'll supervise and coordinate maintenance teams, providing leadership and feedback. You'll ensure the site's infrastructure, equipment, systems, and building services meet safety and regulatory standards, preventing any loss of production or products.

Main Responsibilities:
Execute the PM program for site-wide utilities, HVAC units, infrastructure, and equipment, ensuring compliance with best practices, HSE, and quality policies.
Supervise trades personnel and maintenance contractors, ensuring timely completion of assignments and proper documentation in CMMS (SAP).
Provide maintenance support to APUs, coordinating with production, TS teams, quality, and service contractors to minimize downtime.
Assist project and engineering teams with planning and execution, contributing to key documents like project plans, SOPs, and standards.
Respond to site emergencies during off-shift hours as the on-call maintenance manager, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with the Cost Control team to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Oversee mechanical rooms, pest control programs, and site repairs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
About You
Formal 5-year apprenticeship program or related technical courses (Community College) with 6+ years of building and equipment maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical or bio-pharma industry, or a B.Sc. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical or bio-pharma industry.
At least 2-5 years of supervisory experience with maintenance personnel, demonstrating increased levels of responsibility is desired.
Strong understanding of all trades, current maintenance best practices, GMP/GLP, and common maintenance issues.
Process engineering experience is desired.
