**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** Aerotek is hiring now for an experienced Maintenance Manager for a growing manufacturing facility in the Jacksonville, FL area. We are looking for a reliable individual to support the expansion of the Facilities/Industrial maintenance teams and implementation of preventative maintenance programs and processes. This is a direct-hire position with free medical benefits, PTO, profit-sharing bonuses, and long-term advancement. **Job Overview:** + Job title: Maintenance Manager + Location: Jacksonville, FL (northside) + Shift: 6:00am-4:30pm (M-F) + Pay: $105,000-$120,000/year (based on experience) + Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to maximize equipment reliability for all fabrication equipment (lasers, shears, turret punches, copper processing, welding, etc.) + Direct corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and ensure prompt resolution of issues. + Oversee maintenance and operations of facility infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of Industrial and Facilities Maintenance Experience. + Experience in facilities and industrial maintenance management. + Ability to perform both working and supervisory duties. + Experience implementing CMMS or preventative maintenance programs and processes. + Experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing. *Please respond with an updated resume in order to be considered* **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
