The following position is for a proposed new/future business within MPC Bus Co. Only candidates meeting the work experience requirements will be considered.
The On-Site Maintenance Manager takes responsibility for the total operation of the maintenance department, including the functions of personnel administration for those in the department, maintenance reports and record keeping, purchasing and stores of maintenance items, service vehicles maintenance, revenue vehicles maintenance, buildings and ground maintenance.

Bachelor’s Degree preferredAdvanced technical trainingHigh School Diploma or equivalent5 years of proven experience in passenger transportation or comparable service industry maintenance managementComprehensive knowledge of various performance indicators including KPI, WAR, DataStream and financial statementsIndependent thinking skills with high levels of prioritization skillsExcellent oral and written communications.Excellent leadership, customer relations, and interpersonal skills to communicate and cooperate with clients and other departmentsKnowledgeable of HR systems and toolsCommitted to a Safety lifestyleValid driver’s licenseIn the state of Washington, all technician and driving positions, including but not limited to van drivers and any other position requiring employees to drive a company-owned vehicle, are considered safety-sensitive and are therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing, including cannabis.
