**Job Title: Maintenance Manager**
**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the safety and service delivery of the maintenance and facilities team. You will provide leadership to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure employee safety and wellness by deploying the safety program and completing safety training, observations, and incident investigations.
+ Support Safety 24/7 initiatives and promote a strong safety culture by sharing best practices.
+ Motivate employees by communicating a clear vision and the benefits of departmental and company-wide objectives.
+ Act as a change agent, leading strategic initiatives through effective team communications and action planning.
+ Articulate company strategies and connect team responsibilities with strategic outcomes.
+ Build positive relationships with employees, customers, and peers through open communication and role-modeling leadership competencies.
+ Set a positive, influential standard and create a constructive climate for the team.
+ Influence decisions transparently and participatively to ensure understanding and acceptance.
+ Establish a positive work environment through personalized onboarding, ongoing communications, and timely recognition of individual contributions.
+ Adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring staff understands the rationale behind them.
+ Lead and build team capabilities through performance improvement, career planning, training, and skills development.
+ Develop, communicate, and execute a skills matrix and technician training plan.
+ Build and maintain a succession plan for key positions.
+ Ensure the maintenance operating system is understood, reinforced, and embedded.
+ Develop and execute specific maintenance plans per manufacturing standards.
+ Manage financial performance of the department to achieve set objectives.
+ Develop and maintain effective relationships with all business units, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
+ Communicate with the Vice President through regular meetings and performance reviews.
+ Drive continuous improvement and promote cost savings.
+ Analyze and report on key performance indicators, conduct root cause analyses, and develop action items.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics
+ Schematics, 480v motor, multimeter
+ Gears, sprockets, pumps, rollers
+ Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office
+ Previous leadership experience in industrial maintenance
+ Metal forming or stamping experience preferred
+ Ability to lead a team and execute a maintenance plan to achieve KPIs
+ PLC and supervision experience
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience preferred

**Work Environment**
The work environment is industrial, clean, and part of a large complex. The shift is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

This is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Atlanta,GA.
