**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** The Maintenance Manager will direct all maintenance and utility activities to ensure maximum operational potential. This includes all functions in the areas of Maintenance Business Management, Maintenance Materials Inventory, Manufacturing Process Reliability, and Equipment Reliability, such as managing departmental budgets and computerized maintenance management systems. **Responsibilities** + Ensure all production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and predictably by supervising and performing scheduled equipment maintenance. + Schedule and lead the daily activity of a maintenance team. + Select and develop talent to match the maintenance needs of all operations. + Lead safety initiatives for the maintenance department. + Ensure compliance with all OSHA and environmental regulations and other local, state, and federal government regulations. + Develop and execute a maintenance operating plan that meets budgeted expenses. + Manage spare parts and supplies procurement and inventory. + Ensure that facilities, including buildings and grounds, are maintained to company standards. + Plan, budget, and schedule equipment and facility modifications, including cost analysis. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 5 years of operations and industrial maintenance experience. + Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience. + Knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, heating ventilation, air conditioning, machining and fabricating, mechanical operation, electrical, instrumentation, electronics/controls, and utility systems. + Ability to understand and read electrical schematics and strong control troubleshooting skills. + Demonstrated leadership and leadership development skills. + Strong team-building abilities. + Effective planning and change management skills. + Ability to organize integrated systems and processes. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Flexibility to adapt to continuous change. + Strong computer skills. + Excellent communication skills. **Why Work Here?** Comprehensive benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance up to $50,000, virtual medical consultation with 24/7 access to a doctor via phone, video, or mobile app visits, and short-term and long-term disability insurance. **Work Environment** This is an industrial laundry facility with loud conveyors running all day, moving laundry through each phase. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Beltsville, Maryland. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
