Promote a safe, compliant, and productive working environment.
Ensure all equipment is serviced and maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program using connected devices and data analytics to monitor equipment, predict failures, and automate maintenance tasks.
Assess aging equipment and determine strategies to extend its lifecycle without interfering with operational requirements.
Utilize IoT data, if available, to refine maintenance strategies and create a robust preventative maintenance program.
Provide leadership in fleet management, ensuring personnel are trained or replaced as needed to meet fleet requirements.
Take full autonomy in developing maintenance strategies and purchasing new equipment or parts.
Drive cultural transformation by implementing phased initiatives that foster sustainable change, rather than abrupt, disruptive overhauls.
Address hydraulics challenges while maintaining an open mind toward electronics.
Provide hands-on training and set an example to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Key Qualifications
McElroy Machine Certification is highly preferred but not required.
Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining McElroy or similar equipment.

Strong understanding of diesel requirements with a willingness to address hydraulic and electronic challenges.
Preferred Experience
Supervising or managing a small team.
Familiarity with environmental containment or related industries.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume maintenance environment.
Knowledge of welding and fabrication processes is a plus.
Experience implementing cultural and procedural change within a team or department.
Previous responsibility for developing and executing preventative maintenance programs.
