Job Description
As the Maintenance Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring the execution and quality of maintenance tasks, and managing predictive maintenance programs to drive operational stability. You will collaborate with various departments to improve the operational uptime of plant equipment, manage critical parts inventory, and lead contractor management. Additionally, you will oversee engineering and capital projects, maintain the maintenance budget, and lead improvement projects.
ResponsibilitiesOverall maintenance planning and scheduling for the site.Ensure the execution and quality of maintenance tasks, including internal crafts and external contractors.Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports to develop a culture of planning, responsibility, and accountability.Drive, track, and report site maintenance metrics, identify trends, and interact with business leadership on site performance.Develop and execute short and long-term facilities initiatives to improve site EHS, quality, cost, and growth objectives.Manage strategic predictive maintenance programs such as vibration, lubrication analysis, and thermography.Partner with operation managers, engineers, operators, and maintenance specialists to improve operational uptime of plant equipment.Evaluate existing equipment and processes for operational effectiveness.Lead the site's objective of assuring critical spare parts are identified and strategies for critical spare part access are in place.Ensure contractor management procedures and policies are appropriately followed.Lead and provide oversight to infrastructure and replace/rebuild capital projects for the site.Support strategic evaluations for new process technologies and equipment to support growth plans and productivity opportunities.Develop and maintain the maintenance budget and forecast.Lead and support improvement projects and identify recommendations for predictive and preventative maintenance activities.Provide leadership of the CMMS (SAP Preferred).Ensure the maintenance team supports compliance to the quality management system and engages in continuous improvement in quality-related metric performance.Participate in daily meetings, lead weekly department meetings, and engage with the workforce in an industrial manufacturing plant environment.Collaborate across site and business functions (Production, EHS, finance, HR, etc.) to achieve site and business objectives.Must haves:5+ years of maintenance management experienceMUST HAVE AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE High Voltage Electrical experience – 10,000vERP Experience – they use SAPCMMS Experience

Any Certifications, such as OHSAExperience in a chemical manufacturer or steel millWork EnvironmentShift Hours: 7am-3:30pm (expected to meet with 2nd & 3rd shift staff throughout the week and come in prior to 7am/stay after 3:30pm). Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $130000.00
