**Job Title: Maintenance Manager - Competitive Pay!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee a team of 15 Maintenance Technicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the plant and equipment, including overseeing all repairs to the machine and building, such as Electrical, Plumbing, and Hydraulics. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will manage the parts inventory of the facility. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate and implement the overall maintenance program, ensuring that equipment is on the preventive maintenance schedule and that schedules are followed through and completed according to the system. + Supervise and direct maintenance crews to carry out and repair projects in mechanical, fabrication, plumbing, and welding functions. + Oversee all repairs to machinery and building, including Electrical, Plumbing, and Hydraulics. + Manage parts inventory for the facility. **Essential Skills** + Maintenance management + Maintenance supervision + Experience with corrugated packaging + Electrical and Mechanical expertise + Hydraulics and Pneumatics knowledge + PLC troubleshooting + Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) + Preventive maintenance + Electrical troubleshooting **Work Environment** You will be working in a facility equipped with modern technologies and tools necessary for maintenance and repair tasks. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work on various shifts as needed.
