Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage maintenance for our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our manufacturing facilities. We have a complex manufacturing environment that features electrical (PLC) and heavy machinery with an emphasis on extrusion.  The Maintenance Supervisor will be tasked with ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly, and that any necessary repairs or maintenance is performed in a timely manner.

Supervising and managing the maintenance teamPlanning and scheduling maintenance workPerforming maintenance and repairs on equipmentDiagnosing and troubleshooting problems with equipmentEnsuring compliance with all safety regulationsMaintaining accurate records of maintenance workTraining and developing maintenance staff

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, and PLC MaintenanceExperience with Electrical Motors and Electrical ControlsExperience with Extrusion and Packaging machineryExperience with ERP systemsAbility to read and interpret technical schematics and drawingsStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
