Provide front-line support to operating plants in emergency/breakdown situations.Supervise Maintenance Planners in France and Germany to ensure all maintenance activities are coordinated and executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Lead the planning and execution of major plant maintenance shutdowns, including organizing planning meetings and defining final work scopes.Collaborate with the Central maintenance team and other Sub-Regions Maintenance Managers to ensure alignment on maintenance processes and provide mutual support for urgent issues.Ensure all operating plants are maintained in a safe and serviceable condition to meet reliability and performance targets.Be involved in plant re-investment (lifetime extension) projects.Manage maintenance budgets and deliver year-on-year cost reductions while preserving plant reliability.Provide expert technical, effective, and economic solutions to maintenance-related problems.Respond to operation requirements 24/7, demonstrating flexibility and availability.Continually review and update the PM program, focusing on predictive/condition-based maintenance.Prepare monthly maintenance reports with KPIs and ensure targets are met.Your profile:
Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a multi-country setting.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and challenge team members.Excellent knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures.Technical expertise in compressors and related equipment.Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost reductions.Proven experience in team management and the ability to lead a diverse teamStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions.Flexibility and availability to respond to operational requirements at any time.Experience with process industry equipment such as rotating equipment, piping, heat exchangers, and more.Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.Language skills in french would be a bonusWillingness to travel frequently and work outside home location.
