**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** Seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. This opportunity comes with a 47-year-old privately held business that is in a phase of growth, actively seeking talent to continue to improve on a successful department. Much of the existing equipment has been completely rebuilt, and many new pieces of equipment have been added over the last 4 years. We are fortunate to have tenured maintenance technicians and strong support from outside contractors and our other facilities. Aluminum extrusion maintenance experience is preferred but not a requirement. **Responsibilities** + Supervising a team of up to 16 maintenance technicians, a maintenance planner, and parts purchaser. + Planning scheduled maintenance shutdowns. + Working with production to improve processes. + Ensuring PMs are being completed properly and timely. + Continuing to build the CMMS system with new PMs and mean time between failure analysis. + Improving spare part storage and management. + Organizing contractors for projects. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role in a manufacturing environment. + Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. + Experience with drives, PLCs, and HMIs is preferred. + Strong leadership and communication skills. + Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Knowledge of safety regulations for manufacturing environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Allen-Bradley, PLC troubleshooting, HMI programming. + Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. + Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance management. + Familiarity with blueprint and schematic reading. **Why Work Here?** Join a well-established company with a 47-year history that is currently in a phase of growth. The day shift runs from Monday to Friday, typically from 7:00 AM until the work is done, which can be 8-10 hour days. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Wylie, Texas. Day Shift - 8-10 hour days Salary range up to $95,000 depending on experience **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
