Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the safe operation of the plant. You'll perform and oversee all appropriate preventative and predictive maintenance, including repairs and installations.
Assigned duties within this role include but are not limited to:
-Developing maintenance procedures for all processing systems and equipment.
-Developing preventative and predictive procedures for all processing systems and equipment.
-Daily inspections of the facility.
-Daily inspections of equipment.
-Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
-Identify and monitor all system critical plant components.
-Monitor and maintain all spare parts inventory.
-Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
-Monitor and analyze trends in engery and resource consumption.
-Keep up to date on latest SQF, Federal, and State guidelines.
-Operate forklift for stacking, loading, and unloading semi-trucks.
-Manage equipment in a safe and food-safe operating condition.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Certificate in General Maintenance.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Experience in food manufacturing.
High School Diploma.
Experience working with PLC systems.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite preferred).
Math skills.
Organization.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
Ability to operate a forklift.
