Maintenance Manufacturing Engineer

Evaluate and suggest changes to manufacturing processes and associated equipment Analyze cost of processes and equipment Train plant staff on processes and use of equipment Interact with other departments and groups Work closely with production and maintenance staff to maintain timely completion of projects Follow up with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted production schedule Evaluate equipment and tooling Meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals for plant Ensure effective use of staff, equipment and material Set up or support QS9000 / ISO14001 manufacturing compliance processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 2 years of manufacturing engineering and maintenance experience Knowledge of tooling and assembly processes 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry Flexibility to work all 3 shifts as needed
