Position Summary:
Performs general, routine maintenance and servicing operations throughout the hospital.
Reports to: Supervisor
FLSA: Non-exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Installs, repairs, and maintains a wide range of plant and hospital equipment, machinery, and systems.Drag Edit DeleteAssists journeymen and other specialty mechanics in installing, repairing, and maintaining specialized equipment and systems.Drag Edit DeleteOperates plant backup systems as required.Drag Edit DeleteSpecifies and orders parts and supplies as needed to perform job responsibilities. Maintains and stocks appropriate inventories.Drag Edit DeletePerforms preventative maintenance as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s degree (Preferred)
