**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift to perform maintenance duties throughout the plant, including maintenance on the mobile fleet and rolling stock. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing 3-phase motors, replacing conveyors, and conducting both troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on various equipment. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance duties for the entire plant and mobile fleet. + Change drives, troubleshoot, and repair 3-phase motors. + Replace conveyors and perform metal fabrication, cutting, and welding as needed. + Troubleshoot and conduct preventative maintenance on equipment. + Perform maintenance on mobile vehicles. + Handle metal fabrication, cutting, and welding tasks. + Troubleshoot high-speed automation and PLC systems. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a heavy industrial environment. + Experience with conveyors, shakers, and screening machines. + Welding and fabricating experience. + Electrical experience including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. + Experience with high-speed automation and PLC troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with conveyors, feeders, mills, kilns, and hydraulics is helpful but not required. **Why Work Here?** We offer good benefits, promotions from within when brought on direct. Hours for this position can vary between 12pm-8:30pm, 11am-7:30pm, or 2:30pm-11pm, with the option to work 4-10 hour days or 5-8 hour days. Overtime may be required as needed.
