**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd Shift to perform essential maintenance duties for the entire plant and mobile fleet. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment, metal fabrication, and preventative maintenance. This role offers opportunities for overtime and excellent benefits once hired directly. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance duties for the entire plant. + Conduct maintenance on the mobile fleet and rolling stock. + Change drives and troubleshoot/repair 3-phase motors. + Replace conveyor belts and components. + Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. + Responsible for metal fabrication, cutting, and welding as needed. + Troubleshoot and maintain conveyors, shakers, and screening machines. + Perform maintenance on high-speed automation and PLC troubleshooting. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a heavy industrial environment. + Experience with conveyors, shakers, screening machines, and high-speed automation. + Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication. + Experience with 3-phase motor repair and electrical maintenance. + Experience performing maintenance on mobile vehicles. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with conveyors, feeders, mills, kilns, and hydraulics is helpful but not required. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and work with highly sophisticated machinery. Options to work Sunday-Wednesday 10pm-8:30am OR Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am. Overtime may be required as needed.
