About the Role:

The Maintenance Mechanic role provides support to the Green Bay food production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance and efficiency throughout the plant.  You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all production equipment, including mechanical, software based and electricalLead maintenance projects including new equipment installs and rebuildsDemonstrate advanced fabrication skills and sanitary weldsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAdhere to all health, safety, environmental, food safety, and quality standards

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 1:30pm-10:30pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. Competitive pay based on experience and certifications, shift pay differential and sign-on/retention bonus’ included.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in operation, repair and maintenance with utility and production related equipment/systems - HVAC experience is a plusExperience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plusThe ability to work overtime and weekendsThe ability to read, write and speak English effectively
