Position Summary

The purpose of this job is to diagnose, maintain, install, assemble and repair electrical components and electrical equipment throughout the facility and assist with other maintenance issues.

Essential Job Functions:

Review documentation / work ordersTrouble shoot / diagnose electrical equipment / motor machinery issuesProvide all types of repairs to electrical elements of machinery and equipment throughout the plantAssemble and repair equipment for the plantDesign and plan electrical components related to machineryLubricate machineryIdentify, address and repair safety issues throughout the plantProvide preventive and predictive maintenance to machinery according to scheduled timesOperate fork truck, scissor and genie lifts and change propane tanksOrder parts and maintain suppliesCheck fire and safety equipmentCommunicate with supervisorDocument processes

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS

HS Education3-5 years manufacturing maintenance experienceAble to follow directions.Self-MotivatedWork as an individual as well as function on part of a high skilled teamBasic Electrical skills (use a multimeter, change fuses, reset drives/PLC)Mechanical Aptitude
