**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic in Fairfield, CA** **Job Description** + We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to collaborate with peers and conduct maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment. + Candidates must have 2-3 years of recent industrial experience. + Responsibilities include working with PLCs, troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V, and performing Tig and Mig welding. + Manufacturing experience is a plus. **Hard Skills** + PLC experience and troubleshooting + Electrical systems up to 480V + Tig and Mig welding + Experience with conveyors, packaging equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, rollers, 3-phase motors, box machines, bag machines, assortment boxes, can lines, label machines, gift box lines, candy dispensers, and mixing machines + Experience with M3 program (Red Zone experience is a plus) **Soft Skills** + Collaborative + Flexible to work different shifts + Adaptable to a busy and loud environment **Job Type** + This is a Contract-to-Hire position. + Must be willing to work overtime, 1-3 hours of overtime per shift **Work Site** + This is a fully on-site position in Fairfield, California. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
