**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Location: Carlisle, PA** **2nd Shift: Monday - Friday (3:30pm to 11pm) - $37.37/hr** **3rd Shift: Monday - Friday (11pm to 7:30am) - $37.52/hr** **Job Description** + Looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. + This individual will plan, layout, perform, and oversee work assignments involving machining, welding, electrical, pipefitting, and other general maintenance duties. + Responsibilities include installing, erecting, assembling, leveling, and aligning all machinery and plant or office equipment. + You will be planning and executing jobs handed down from Maintenance Managers, ordering/picking up parts, making sketches of repair parts or fabrication, operating shop equipment (drill press, lathe, grinder, belt sander, mills, etc.), repairing and maintaining basic electrical components, calibrating scales and equipment, and repairing MHE equipment. + You will follow all maintenance manuals, service manuals, blueprints, and sketches. Additional duties may include snow removal and grass mowing during downtime. + There will be a 90-day probationary period with initial training on first shift (7:00am-3:30pm). + Manufacturing environment with a Class 1, Division 1 rating, working in a dirty and dusty environment where potential dust explosions could occur. The plant has 70 feet silos that may require climbing. It is a tobacco-free plant.
