**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a mixed-use property company. You will maintain both residential and commercial locations, primarily in Somerville but also around Boston. A major responsibility includes maintaining a brand-new 40,000 sq. ft. life sciences space in Somerville. Additionally, you will handle work orders for 8 residential buildings across Boston. Currently, there is no CMMS system in place, and implementation is a priority. High-level communication is essential for managing work orders effectively. **Hard Skills** + Valid Driver's License + Experience in life sciences/biotech and residential maintenance + 3-5 years of overall experience **Soft Skills** + Customer service + High level of communication **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Somerville, Massachusetts. **Work Environment** You will work primarily at the SomerNova Campus, which consists of 14 tenants on a 300,000 square foot property, including a 40,000 sq. ft. life science 'tough-tech' building currently being finished.
